For each portion:
- 1 4oz. salmon steak, thawed
- 1-2 Tblsp. mayo [reg. or low fat/fat free]
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- your choice of seasoning[s]: salt pepper, garlic powder, dill, Mrs. Dash Garlic Herb [my choice]
- rinse salmon in cool water, pat dry
- season with herbs, etc., lemon juice
- "frost the top and sides of salmon with mayo
- Bake in 375 degree oven approx. 15-20 minutes, or until mayo begins to brown
